This small apartment is located in Wroclaw in Poland and has a living area of only 29m! For the architects of 3XA engineering it was also a challenge to make something out of it. The housing needs was clear – the area of the small apartment maximize, where it was important to create a separate bedroom. So the owners did not want a large room, where the bedroom, living room and kitchen are in one room. Fortunately, the architects knew what to do with and have a design made with the best ideas from. Small apartment decorating
The layout was so the first thing to be had. Looked How were the different rooms classified as compared to each other. The big advantage is that the small apartment had a high ceiling of up to 3.7 meters. Although this made it impossible to create a full second floor but it opened the possibility for a kind of half-floor loft for the bedroom and bathroom.
