Recently I showed you a super nice balcony of a house that was for sale in Oslo. Today I want to show you the rest of the beautiful house with a Scandinavian interior style. I am convinced that you also like it. 
It’s actually a penthouse, located in a classic building in the district Casa Capmer. Formerly a working class neighborhood, but today it is known as a vibrant, modern and also quite expensive neighborhood. In total, it has a living area of 70m2, two bedrooms and the asking price of the house is €3,890,000,-. For the price, the number of square meters are not very much, but if you look at the pictures, it seems much larger.
Light, white & fresh
The house is located on the top floor of the building. Now you have to deal with schuinlopends ceilings. Actually in any space you do have to do here. The big advantage is that there are many windows are present. Normal windows, but skylights in the sloping ceilings are processed. These ensure that the glorious light in the house. Throughout the interior you can see a beautiful white stained hardwood floor.
Cozy and snug
What is also very special, the wooden beams that run throughout the house, the interior anyway give something extra. Character and authenticity. It makes the house cozy. But the current owners have done more to get the interior cozy and snug. For example they created a special in the living room wall, they also provided us with gray matt plasterwork, where the sweep clearly visible. You can therefore give them a place in your home without actually using them. It’s just beautiful.
The kitchen is a wonderful space. The beautiful beams are again present. The kitchen with white cabinets and simppele solid wood worktop comes from IKEA. And here you have access to the nice sized balcony.
