At Heeren brokers I came across a property at with a lovely roof terrace. It is a beautiful apartment located on the famous beethovenstraat in Amsterdam. In total it has a living space of approximately 92 m 2. The apartment is located on the fifth floor. This means that you quite a few stairs before you above are, but the advantage of this, the homes below, is that you have a private roof terrace. You do have to have for free of course.

The apartment has a lovely modern open plan kitchen. From the kitchen you have via a glass sliding door with direct access to the rooftop terrace. You don’t have as many homes, first a stairs. the roof terrace itself is about 8 m 2 big. Big enough to dock with two long wooden benches. The decision was made as a base for wooden duckboards.
What makes this roof terrace very pleasant, is that you have not overlooked by the neighbors. This is because it is surrounded with walls. Which gives you not only a lot of privacy, but it makes the roof terrace also more intimate and cozier.
