When I saw this room, I thought it was a living from Sweden or Norway. But it turned out to be a penthouse located in the capital of Serbia, Belgrade the living room. I was impressed. It is an old penthouse by studio PUJO.RS re designed and decorated. As you can see in the living room are a lot of old original features preserved. These designers have combined with new design. Below you see the result.
L-shaped living room
It is an L-shaped space where the living room and kitchen are located. By replacing thick pillars, the thick wall with between the living room and the hall is also the hall so involved in the large open space. In the wooden floor, where the knots are clearly visible, modern commercials processes, which give a very special effect on the pillars.
Skylights
What this living room and kitchen make very special, it’s super high ceiling, where four large skylights are integrated. During the day the whole space thus provided with great natural sunlight. In the evening, the light provided by the spot lights in the ceiling. Large parts of the walls are white and plastered tight, but some of the original brick walls are fortunately still preserved. These give the living room, along with the wood ceiling and beams, a tough industrial loft look.
