What I really like about interior blogging is that I encounter beautiful interiors in various styles. Styles that are very different from each other but all still be very beautiful.
Tough kitchen
Last I saw this kitchen counter in the portfolio of interior design firm Studio Baten, who had worked on a house of 110m2 located in Amsterdam. The kitchen is located on the ground floor and has access to the garden. Both the outer and the inner wall are replaced by industrial black steel frames, which are not only very tough, but the kitchen also provides lots of sunlight.
Open cabinet as underlayment back
If base is a modern kitchen set with black kitchen cabinets, a stylish black stove and a black SMEG fridge. But cabinetmaker Bear Hendriks this is supplemented with something very special. It has namely this base supplemented with a custom-made case, which covers the remainder of the wall. Underlayment boards are made with open compartments, which actually form the back wall of the kitchen.
The underlayment boards give the kitchen a tough industrial look, perfectly matching the black steel frames, round pillar, the black steel railing and tight light gray cast floor.
