What do you do when you have a house with no outdoor space? Exactly, you just create yourself a roof! Yes, sometimes that is not always possible, for example if you have a gabled roof. But as with the following apartment that was for sale in Stockholm, is just very possible. And look what a lovely roof terrace they have created!
Outdoor living room
The apartment is part of a complex that was formerly used as a school. This has been an interesting layout, but I like the rooftop outdoor space there, the picture is complete. The roof does is a little crooked. With wooden decking they have created a platform which ensures that you’re right. This piece is also beautifully framed with sturdy black railing.
They have the terrace as super cozy. It has become a real outdoor living room. A lovely lounge sofa, Persian rug, table, comfy cushions, nice plants, you name it.
