This fantastic roof terrace I found in Peter Brown Brokerage. They are having a refurbished penthouse for sale with a surface area of 90m2 with terrace as this element of surprise. The penthouse in Amsterdam is located on the third floor of a stately mansion from the living room you have direct access to the Roof terrace. Once at the top you have a fantastic view over the green Valeriusplein.

The Roof terrace has an area of less than 45m2. That is half of the entire penthouse! In the summer it is gorgeous. The owners here are therefore extensively used. The entire Roof terrace has a wooden tiled floor. This is easy to explain and it looks also very good. The Roof terrace is moreover completely framed with wooden fences. They have that here left untreated, but the gates were still nice to get a tan. In the corner there is a lounge set consisting of a large sofa, an armchair and two chairs. All with big white fluffy pillows to sit comfortable. Besides loungeset there are loungers placed on the Roof terrace. When the sun shines, you can also sunbathe.

Because the entire Roof terrace was chosen for wooden tiles, pots and trays are the only option for some green. This they have done here. Not much, but it is also a bit on the person himself.
