In BrokersLand is a house in a former warehouse in Rotterdam for sale. It is a monumental luxury finished loft with a king balcony of less than 43m2! You would be using this format actually rather a terrace to call. From here you have a beautiful view over the St. Jobshaven and the Meuse. The balcony is realized on one of the old cargo decks of the monument and is directly from the living room through large glass sliding walls to reach. The balcony is largely covered by the overlying laaddek and on the sheltered side so here early in the year can relax and enjoy the morning sun.
