On a new Swedish estate agents website that I had discovered, I came across the following loft apartment. The loft apartment is located in an apartment complex in the Swedish city of Malmö, what used to be a herbal plant was. The property was completely renovated in recent years and now is therefore a total of fifteen homes. The tough industrial details are still well preserved, such as the steel constructions, the round pillars, rustic brick walls and the beautiful Windows.
Bright interior design
This loft apartment is located on the first floor of the complex. Through the large Windows, the House is very bright. But the Interior is also delicious. On the brick walls after, all walls painted white. And for the floor is a light wooden white wash floor. The industrial atmosphere is much felt and this makes this loft apartment very unique.
Small apartment slim Setup
If you look at the pictures, you could maybe think the loft apartment is very large. You would not say, but in total it only has a living space of 67 m 2. Small so, certainly for a loft apartment. The open-plan living room with open kitchen, however, seem to do this. And with good styling and smart solutions, of course, there is much to accomplish. For the bedroom and bathroom are for example sliding doors used in place of normal doors that occupy much space at the open and close.
